In the historically renowned Vettath region, on April 7, 2002,which is World Health Day, the VRC Hospital and RehabilitationCentre was established to cater to locals suffering from Psychiatric disorders Today, this institution has grown to a level where it can accommodate and treat more than 200 patients simultaneously, making it one of the leading facilities in Kerala.Our well-equipped team of specialized professionals in various fields of mental health care conducts accurate diagnoses and offers treatments such as medication, psychological therapy, awareness programs, and occupational rehabilitation. We take pride in having provided relief to nearly one lakh patients and their families, addressing all types of mental health issues, big and small.

Substance abuse has been a major calamity faced by human society throughout the ages. With each passing generation, substance abuse appears in new forms and continues to ravage society. Years ago, the predominant substances were alcohol and cannabis, but today, the new generation is increasingly falling prey to substances like MDMA, LSD, cocaine, brown sugar, and magic mushrooms.
